Site visits
For peace of mind on large or small jobs, where site measurements are critical, we offer site visits.
On a typical site visit we will record measurements, photographs, and requirements creating a detailed plan of the project to give us the best understanding of the clients requirements.
Design
Our in-house design service can solve potential problems down the line with larger projects but also give the client a better feel of the idea in 3d before any fabrication has started.
Designs can be basic 2d line drawings to full 3d model depending on what the project calls for. This then allows for signoff of the design so the client knows exactly what the finished product will be.
Welding & Fabrication
We weld and fabricate a variety of bespoke products using different materials which require a wide range of equipment and processes during the manufacturing stage depending on the quality and precision needed, we use/offer:

Finishing
When adding the finishing touches to any project the right process is key, depending on the materials used to allow the most resistance to erosion corrosion.
Budget can also play a big part in the finishing processes used and this can play a big part in the base materials used or the final finishes applied to custom metal items. with this in mind we offer :
